On June 11, 2021, I went to the office located at 12709 Toepperwein Live Oak, TX. I had and appointment at 245 PM.

I was told that the Dr. have not send the paperwork to them. I was going to call my daughter to find out the Dr name but was told that I cold not use my mobile. I have just moved my family to use Quest because I was told that they were good and have good patient care.

As a disabled person my mind do not operate at the same level as young person.

I find the workers at Quest to misleading, cold, callous, disrespectful, they are in a hurried which cause the thing that I mentioned above.

In the past visit to this location, they were real helpful and found the paper work in a stack of fax.

Why could not do the same or offer to use their telephone to call the Dr office.

Quest (in my opinion) treat me unpolite and rude.

Is true that my family only consist of 5 people but there are other facilities that do the same work. I am going to recommend my family and every person to think twice before using your services.

User's recommendation: Thing that Quest can do improve them self are: 1.Training your personnel on bed site matters. 2.Be more tactful 3.Be lest Disrespectful 4.Do not be in a hurried. 5.Have manager in site.

Preferred solution: For you to improve your service so disable personnel do not have the same problem..
