After searching for phone number for customer service to find out why my doctors office didnt receive results for lab test from mid-Jan. I finally got a phone Number that connected to very lengthy menu of options, but not to live customer service representative.
It took about 40 min. before being connected to Lisa in Kansas, w/ intermittent static.
When I finally got Lisa to answer my questions about when, and how Quest Lab transmitted results to my Drs office and to RESEND, to send again via FAX, I asked for reference info for the call.
Lisa did not provide her ID number, and refused giving me her last name.
She harshly responded that I was difficult and rude, insulting me in a personal attack for asking.
Quest needs to better train AND monitor representatives in customer service, AND provide ease of access for phone clients to courteous, stable mature professional assistants.
The phone system FAILED to connect to SURVEY QUESTIONS at the end of the call.
Preferred solution: Provide access to assistance from skilled.
