Horrible service when you call to make an appointment you best be at home or at your desk; because if you do not remember your confirmation number you are screwed in deep dung.They don't answer the phone and the receptionist with the "Nurse" are in the back bull*h*tting talking up a storm while they have 10 people waiting to get blood work.
Talk about job security. This is the last time I go there. No good for nothing but blood trouble. They get over on people with their automation service so they don't have to pay a receptionist to answer the phone.
