My husband and I have been patients at this location since opening. All of the employees are helpful, and kind .

Today, I brought my 74 year old husband in for blood tests requested by his ENT doctor .

He has been very dizzy and unsteady on his feet , so I escorted him to the door and was told very loudly and rudely by your customer service rep KATHY to stay outside the building. I asked her if I could accompany my husband in as he was very unsteady . She actually yelled at me and pointed her finger in my face and told me NO you can wait outside. I complied and was standing outside the building to the right of the door and 6 feet from windows watching my husband.

KATHY then came outside and pointed at me again and said to stand against the wall of the building because I was violating patients privacy by looking into the window. She continued her rant , shaking her head negatively and I answered her rudely . Please address this issue .

No one should be allowed to go on such a power trip with against a customer. She embarrassed me and was not supportive of a situation where my husband needed help
