Terrible (non-existent) customer service

Calling any phone number is useless. You will never get to speak to a person, and if you ask to speak to a respresentative you get put on a hold with dead silence until you get disgusted and hang up. If you try the chat mode, again, you will be talking to a poorly designed bot, that promises to connect you a person. "Please wait" is all you will ever see. My only option is to drive to one of their clinics and walk and try to get some answers from the receptionist. They call this customer service? Awful, just awful.

We are on day 10 now of waiting for our 17 year old sons covid-19 test results. He's had to be put on steroids and an inhaler to be able to breathe. Im tired of seeing other people who have been tested after him,already having their results! Their lives are no more important than his.

Totally agree Quest sucks. 6 days, and my family still has not gotten any of the covid test results.

Others had test after us, and They have their results already.

Called quest and Drs office many times, and no help from anyone. How could they put us off and not even try to expedite the people who have been waiting all this time.

They don't answer phone. Tried to make appt. Automated line cones on with instructions to schedule appt. The call immediately shuts off. I even tried different locations and same thing happens.

I need labs done for 2 of my doctors and can't get in touch with anyone. That means I will have to cancel 2 of my doctor appts. which took me over a month to get these appts. This is so frustrating. I am 75 years old and one lab test has to be done at 8:00 am so I really need to make appt. in order to get this done at this particular time. Can someone please help me.

Parks nearly every day at Columbia Plaza undercover parking area "NO PARKING" from about 3 - 4 p.m. and then takes off. You may get ticketed for NO PARKING.

Unresolved issues with my results

I have tried many times in the last week to get through to Quest Diagnostics about my test results. The first time that I called, I waited for an hour to get through but I finally gave up. The second time, I waited on the line for 15 minutes and gave up. The third time, I waited 10 minutes and gave up.

My Corona test was sent to Quest in California I am in Florida I have been told a different story every time I call BayCare lab in New Port Richey this is the icing on the cake. I went on to sign up for my portal account with Quest and the three security questions none of them had anything to do with me so I checked all three boxes and they're telling me that I'm wrong I tried it three times and then they timed me out I am a very sick person with immune problems and very compromised it's been 8 days nobody can give me an answer. The last answer was since I did not come into the building to have the test done and I went through the drive-thru which I was told to do the people that went through the drive-thru those tests are sent to Quest in California so where I went to have the test done they won't get my results California will be calling me this is like the 12th response all of them different nobody can give me an answer I am so ready to go to our local news station and I will be doing that very shortly if I don't hear from anybody

I had a 7:15 lab test scheduled today 6/4/20, when I got to the Quest lab in Margate, Florida 33063, there were at least 10 people lined up outside the door of the waiting room. I assume for Covid-19 testing. Why not let me know in advance, why not have someone outside taking the appts in first. I left.

Degradation of service at Marco Island Fl.

1. Frequent loss of or inability to find the lab test requests faxed or sent over from Doctors office. 2. Internet site shows a closing time of 3:00 pm. They close at 2:00 pm. 3.I have used this location for several years and will be moving due to the lack of interest shown by the plebotomists.
