Failure to Provide test results

No tienen la opción de hacer la cita en español, siempre colapsado, parece que faltará personal, y la máquina que hay en recepción para hacer la cita no se puede, solo le dan un papel para que llame hacer la cita o la haga de manera manual, de verdad que mi experiencia no fue nada buena ya que perdí mi día de trabajo sin obtener resultados.

Great for hard stick victims!

They are the only company that can draw my blood. I have small veins thus a hard stick victim. They usually get it first stick. The main reason is they specialize in blood draws and do many.

Location was closed!

I made appointment online, no problem. Always go to Quest for many years without one problem. Today was horrible! I received two texts. One was to check in and the other asking if any covid symptoms. When I got to the office at 8601 Village Drive in San Antonio Texas, it was permanently closed! Was not notified of closure. Was allowed to make appointment there as an option. I'll be contacting CEO and Corporate tomorrow. I'm fuming. A big waste of my whole morning!

Rude non caring people

The sign on their door says walk ins welcome. That is wrong. Would not take a person even though they were not doing any work or even waiting on a person with an appointment. Was told they had no appointments available that day or the next business day. They were very rude and didnt give a flip about me or the other people that didnt have an appointment. If you go by appointment only, why dies the web site say walk ins welcome and the sign on there door says the same. Get your act together.

I was connected to the wrong

I was connected to the wrong department. I was on hold for a long time and the automatic recording kept talking about my employment at quest. When I filled out the questionnaire to be connected to Customer Service or a representative, in the reason for my call line, I put billing.

Location that took my appointment was permanently closed!

I made an online appointment, no problem. I arrived early and waited. Then I received 2 text messages. One asking to check in and then about covid symptoms if any. I get to 8601 Village Drive in San Antonio and the office is completely bare, no staff, lights, furniture. It's totally closed! I'm fuming! A complete waste of my morning! I needed that appointment today & no one notified me of its closure!!!! Quest should be on top of that, I expect better than that! It let me make appointment! I will be calling Corporate tomorrow as well as contacting CEO!

Went to different Quest location today and was told that the office I went to yesterday is in fact open! I showed my paperwork to my technician today and he said yes, they are open, this is the correct address and he communicated with fellow workers there yesterday!

I feel bad for my poor review.

Honestly, I went to that address & suite number and door was locked & completely empty. I don't understand it??
